Week 1 Complete!
Finished the first week of the Couch to 5Km program today. (From now on, I will quote it as C25K instead of writing it all out.) I did a total of 8 minutes running, with 1 minute maximum run. In a couple days, I will start Week 2. Day 1 is as follows: 5 MIN Warm Up - 18 MINS of run/walk = 1.5R + 2W (4 times) 1R + 1W (2 times) - 5 MIN Cool down....totalling 28 minutes. I'm feeling good about it and look forward to the next step of this program.
